Hours and Rates
To help prepare you for your visit, our intake form is available as a .pdf download. Please print it out prior to your first appointment; when you arrive, your therapist will review the form with you in order to ensure that a complete history is taken. Both sides of the first page need to be completed, as well as the first side of page 2; your Registered Massage Therapist will fill out the information required on the final page.

Rates (effective May 1, 2011)
Massage Therapy Fees:
| 30 min. | $50.00 ($44.64 + $5.36 HST) |
| 45 min. | $75.00 ($66.96 + $8.04 HST) |
| 60 min. | $95.00 ($84.82 + $10.18 HST) |
| 75 min. | $120.00 ($107.14 + $12.86 HST) |
| 90 min. | $145.00 ($129.46 + $15.54 HST) |
Payment options include Visa, Debit, Mastercard, Cheque and Cash.
Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy:
We value your time as we value ours. Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please note that, barring an emergency, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to avoid a fee. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are able to fill a missed or cancelled appointment, the clinic will not charge you any fee. However, should we not be able to fill your missed or cancelled (with less than 24 hours notice) appointment, the full fee for your appointment may be charged to you.
Gratuities:
From time to time, we welcome a new patient to the clinic who wishes to offer a gratuity to their therapist. While we appreciate the sentiment, it is the policy of the clinic not to accept gratuities; in fact, the greatest compliment that we can receive from our patients is to hear that their health has improved as a result of their treatments. Of course, we always welcome new patients to the clinic, and love to hear that they have been referred to us by one of our existing patients. As well, we would be honoured if you would take the time to recommend the clinic on our Canpages listing.
